About Paul Garrett
Paul is a full-time artisan-blacksmith who has been working with metal since 1978. He has experience in projects ranging from architectural to functional to artistic. He is the owner and operator of Ironwood Forge and Smoky Mountain Ironware and a former resident blacksmith at the John C Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC.
Care: Treat your cheese knife like cast iron. If you see a rust spot on it, use a Scotch-Brite scouring pad to remove it, then give it a light coat of mineral oil.
