Description
Available in two sizes, these hand-worked steel dragonflies by John Running offer a creative alternative to traditional framed art. Each dragonfly is flame-cut, textured with a hand-held grinder, colored with heat from a torch, shaped, and then finished with crystal clear glaze.
These individual works of art can be displayed on their own or arranged in a swarm – going up a wall or over a doorway. Each one has a built-in hanger on the back that allows the dragonfly to hang in any direction. Mixing the two sizes makes them even more dramatic, and the two sizes can represent a family with adults and children. Your dragonflies can be arranged in a variety of configurations that express movement and flight.
